Description of Service

Creator BI provides analytics and insights for TikTok creators by connecting to your TikTok account via the official TikTok Display API and Login Kit. The Service collects daily snapshots of your public video metrics and presents them in analytics dashboards.

User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during account connection
• Maintain the security of your TikTok account credentials
• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your TikTok content. We do not claim ownership of any content you create or metrics associated with your account. The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Creator BI and protected by intellectual property laws.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not:

• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data from other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity

Service Availability

We provide the Service "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator BI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Termination
